My name is Reed and I started this company because I enjoy building construction and problem solving. I am new to the home inspection industry but I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Washington (License #21025405). I am able to perform inspections in Idaho as well. I have worked in building construction, including everything from production homes to high-end custom homes. I’m currently employed as a full time professional firefighter. This combination of experience helps me have a well rounded understanding of houses as I’ve seen them at their best and also at their worst.
